The heinous bloodthirsty murder of 17 year old Jordan Davis in Florida on November 23, 2012 and the subsequent criminal case ended just two days ago and resulted in only the PARTIAL conviction of the vicious 47 year old white racist SCUM who killed him (Michael Dunn was convicted on four charges of attempted murder of the OTHER three African American boys who were in the car with Jordan when he was fatally shot but the charge of first degree murder of Jordan by Dunn ended in a hung jury deadlock when three of the 12 jurors invoked their own individual white supremacist support of Dunn's vile act by refusing to convict Dunn on this charge). So while the conviction on the attempted murder charges ensure that Dunn will serve at least 60 years in prison JUSTICE HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE YET IN THIS CASE. Thus the state of Florida will be retrying Dunn on first degree murder charges because as Jordan's grief stricken and eloquent parents have said "there is no real justice in this case for our son until we send a message to the entire country that what Dunn did was wrong" and he should not be allowed to essentially get away without the state officially, formally, and legally recognizing and determining that Dunn is indeed a cold blooded MURDERER and should be sentenced to the full extent of the law.
In the meantime however there is a burning question for the rest of us in this barbaric society that we all MUST address in a very serious and sustained manner: WHEN ARE WE COLLECTIVELY GOING TO BUILD A NATIONAL MOVEMENT TO PROTECT OURSELVES AND OUR FAMILIES FROM THE ONGOING BRUTALITY OF THE WHITE SUPREMACIST VIOLENCE IN THE UNITED HATES? Until we collectively begin to address and answer that paramount question in ALL our lives one can rest assured that just as in the cases of thousands of young black men all over the country like Oscar Grant III, Trayvon Martin, Sean Bell, Amadou Diallo and a young man by the name of Jordan Davis who would have turned only 19 years old yesterday, that this madness WILL continue. If we don't ALL wake up and very soon someone we know and love will undoubtedly be the next victim of these madmen and their psychotic doctrine...Stay tuned...
